The F Word is a 2-Day Summit held by Penn State Panhellenic focusing on women's empowerment initiatives. Through this event we will be providing resources for our members to help them be the fiercest female they can be. We will have events and workshops focusing on self defense, being a badass female, sexual assault and awareness, body healing, mindfulness, mental health, body positivity, bystander intervention, and more.
